Fitbit Bingo is a free multiplayer fitness game that uses your Fitbit activity data to generate a personalized bingo board. Goals are scaled to your personal activity baseline so players of all fitness levels can compete fairly. The service is provided free of charge and without any guarantee of uptime or availability.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Fitbit account to use Fitbit Bingo. By signing in, you confirm that you are authorized to grant us access to your Fitbit data under Fitbit's own terms of service. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use this service.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Fitbit Bingo, you agree to the following:

• You will not attempt to manipulate your Fitbit data, spoof activity, or otherwise cheat to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• You will not share game invite codes publicly in ways intended to disrupt games (e.g., flooding a game with unwanted participants).
• You will not attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with the service's operation.

Fitbit Bingo is an entertainment app, not a medical or health application. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The fitness goals displayed are generated algorithmically based on your historical activity data and are intended for game purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that activity syncing will be accurate at all times. Fitbit data accuracy is subject to the limitations of Fitbit's sensors and API.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of game progress, or any harm resulting from reliance on activity data displayed in the app.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which will permanently erase all your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in cheating, or disrupt the experience of other users. We may also discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
